Complimentary parking is available only to KLUB 11 members and applies only to private cars parked at the B4/F Hourly Carpark. Members may upload a maximum of 2 eligible same-day receipts of HK$50 or above from different merchants at K11 Art Mall or K11 MUSEA together with the corresponding electronic payment slips. Redeem through the K11 HK Mobile App under Parking > Redeem Free Parking. Once the redemption is confirmed, the submitted spending records and any used parking coupon cannot be reverted. KLUB 11 Black Card and Gold Card additional parking privileges must be used together with the cross-mall parking privilege. For assistance, visit the K11 Art Mall G/F Koncierge between 10:00am and 10:00pm.
