ParkBean (泊豆) is operated by Obsidian Arch Limited. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website.

2. Information we collect

When you search a location, your query is sent to our servers and to Google Geocoding API to resolve coordinates. We do not require account registration and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the Service. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) may be collected for security and operations. We also use Google Analytics 4 on our website, which collects usage data through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). Analytics data may include pages viewed, session duration, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, language, and referrer. We have not configured Google Analytics to track custom events such as individual search queries or car park selections.

3. How we use information

We use search queries solely to provide results. Server logs may be used to maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve the Service. We use aggregated Google Analytics data to understand how visitors use ParkBean (for example, which pages are viewed and how users arrive at the site). We do not sell personal data.

4. Data use restrictions

Information displayed on ParkBean is intended for your private, personal use only. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute ParkBean data or outputs for commercial purposes. See our Terms & Conditions for full restrictions.

5. Third-party services

We use Google Maps Platform for maps and geocoding, and Google Analytics 4 (Google tag / gtag.js) for website usage statistics. Google’s privacy policy applies to their processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Analytics measurement ID: G-NXDC3MDCLY.

7. Retention

Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes, typically no longer than 90 days unless required by law.
