1. Free service

ParkBean (「泊豆」) is completely free to use. We do not charge fees, subscriptions, or in-app payments for access to the Service.

2. Voluntary donations

We may offer optional ways to support ParkBean through voluntary donations (including via third-party platforms such as Buy Me a Coffee). Donations are gifts only. They are not payment for access to the Service, which remains free. A donation does not create any contract, entitlement, membership, or legal obligation on our part, and does not give you any additional rights, services, or influence over ParkBean. Donations are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the payment platform’s policies.

3. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ParkBean (the “Service”), operated by Obsidian Arch Limited (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

4. The Service

ParkBean helps users discover car parks in Hong Kong using third-party map services and government open data. We do not operate car parks and do not guarantee space availability, pricing accuracy, or opening hours. Information is for general reference only.

5. Personal use and data restrictions

The Service and all content, data, maps, and listings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute, publish, or use any ParkBean data or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You must not reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or misuse the Service or underlying data sources. Automated bulk access is prohibited unless we expressly authorise it.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. No legal responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Arch Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, penalty, fine, towing, injury, or other legal responsibility arising from your use of ParkBean or reliance on any information shown. You use parking facilities and make parking decisions entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
