Citygate Outlets offers free parking privileges for eligible same-day single electronic spending, with different spending tiers on weekdays and weekends or public holidays. CLUB CG members can also enjoy additional parking privileges.

Free parking privileges apply to P2 and P3 Car Parks only and are not applicable to P1 Car Park. Spending-based redemption requires a single same-day electronic payment. CLUB CG members may enjoy an extra 1 hour of free parking when using the eligible Citygate Outlets Free Parking Privilege. Members may also redeem 800 CLUB CG points for a 1-hour free parking coupon through TAIKOO+ or the WeChat Mini Program. The parking coupon applies to P2 and P3 only, may be used together with other Citygate Outlets parking privileges, and a maximum of 7 hours of free parking is available per vehicle per day. Redemption is available from 10:00 to 22:00 at the CLUB CG Member Counter on L2 or the Customer Care Centre on L2.
