Starting from July 1, 2026, all free parking privileges are available only to MTR Mobile members, who must present their membership QR code when redeeming. Redeem at the G/F Concierge between 7:30am and 11:30pm. For spending-based parking privileges, shoppers must present no more than 2 original same-day electronic sales receipts from designated THE SOUTHSIDE merchants together with the corresponding original electronic payment slips. The same payment tool must be used to enter and exit the car park. The Emperor Cinemas Plus+ parking privilege cannot be combined with other basic parking privileges. Each vehicle is entitled to one Basic Parking Privilege and one Top-Up Parking Privilege per entry, with a maximum of 2 redemptions per day.
