Lee Garden Three in Causeway Bay participates in the Lee Gardens Area free parking privilege. Eligible same-day spending at participating merchants in the Lee Gardens Area can be used to redeem complimentary parking at Lee Garden Three Car Park.

Customers may use a maximum of 2 sets of same-day original machine-printed purchase receipts with matching electronic payment receipts to meet the required spending amount. Eligible receipts are limited to original machine-printed receipts issued by qualifying retail shops, restaurants or fitness centres in the Lee Gardens Area. Credit card receipts alone, handwritten, reprinted, photocopied or damaged receipts, deposit receipts, most cash or gift voucher purchases, bill payments, stored-value card top-ups and certain excluded merchant receipts are not accepted. Redemption is subject to the latest Lee Gardens membership, app and parking terms. The standard parking fee at Lee Garden Three Car Park is HK$18 per 30 minutes.
