From July 1, 2026, complimentary parking is exclusively available to MTR Mobile members. Shoppers must present a valid MTR Mobile Member QR Code and no more than 2 same-day original electronic sales receipts with the corresponding electronic payment slips. Free parking is only applicable to the hourly car parks at Telford Plaza 1, 2, and Car Park D. Members must use the same payment tool, such as the same Octopus card or credit card, to enter and exit the car park in order to redeem free parking. Each vehicle can enjoy a maximum of 2 redemptions per day, and each set of valid receipts applies to one vehicle only. Unless otherwise specified, parking offers cannot be used together with other parking offers.
