Complimentary parking is available only to KLUB 11 members. For the cross-mall parking privilege, members must register the equivalent amount of K Points and may use a maximum of 2 same-day receipts from different merchants at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall together with the corresponding electronic payment slips. Parking redemption can be registered through the K11 HK Mobile App under Parking > Redeem Free Parking. KLUB 11 Black Card and Gold Card additional parking privileges cannot be redeemed alone and must be used together with the cross-mall parking privilege. Newly registered General Members must redeem their registration-day extra hour at the K11 MUSEA Concierge on B1. Concierge service hours are 10:00am to 10:00pm.
